Commemorative Gifts

The Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation has one of the most extensive commemorative programs in the region.

Commemorative giving includes:

• Tribute gifts - gifts made in honour of someone special or a special occasion
• Memorial gifts - gifts made in memory of a loved one who has passed away

Your gift will be acknowledged in the following ways:

• You will receive a charitable tax receipt
• The person you honour / the family of the deceased will receive a personalized hand-written card stating that you made a donation in their / their loved one's honour
