Markham Stouffville Hospital's Rehab, Palliative and Complex Care System is a holistic, integrated collection of programs and services designed to promote quality of life for our patients and their families.  By taking an interdisciplinary approach, we are able to work with and support individual patients to maximize physical, psychological, cognitive, spiritual and social wellbeing.
